What surprised our editorial team the most during the tasting was the size of the toppings ♡They’re so big, they cover the rice! The visual impact alone is stunning.

Especially the “Southern Bluefin Tuna Lean” had a perfect balance of acidity and umami, giving us a truly authentic sushi experience. We couldn’t resist going for another plate… ♡

The salmon and eel were also super satisfying, making them the perfect indulgence for the cold season ♪
