One of the biggest concerns when attending live shows or events is the crowd, especially during arrival and departure.
For those traveling from out of town, especially via bullet train or plane, catching your scheduled ride is a race against time...
So today, we're sharing some super helpful shortcuts and lesser-known routes to major live venues in Osaka ♡
If you're planning to attend a show in Osaka, or if it's your first time joining a concert there, definitely check these tips out!
目次
Shortcut Guide to "Osaka-jō Hall"
First up is Osaka-jō Hall! It's one of the most popular and frequently used venues for live shows in Osaka.
The nearest station is "Osakajōkōen Station", but it tends to get super crowded after shows, with long lines...
To avoid the post-show chaos, we recommend walking to either "Osaka Metro - Osaka Business Park Station" or "JR Tōzai Line - Osakajō-kitazume Station".
From Osaka-jō Hall to Osaka Business Park Station (Approx. 5-6 min walk)
Head north from the fountain on the east side of the hall and cross the bridge ahead.
Go straight across the "Shiromi 1 Minami" signal and turn left just before Theatre BRAVA! to find Exit 2 of Osaka Business Park Station. From here, you can head towards the Shinsaibashi or Namba areas.
The walk from Osaka-jō Hall to Osaka Business Park Station is only about 5-6 minutes, which is very doable even after a live show ♪

From Osaka-jō Hall to Osakajō-kitazume Station (Approx. 10-11 min walk)
Follow the same route as to Business Park Station up to the "Shiromi 1 Minami" signal, then turn left and continue walking. You'll find Exit 1 of Osakajō-kitazume Station there.
It takes about 10-11 minutes on foot from Osaka-jō Hall. It's a bit farther, but since it's a flat road, it's an easy walk ♪

Shortcut Guide to "Kyocera Dome"
Kyocera Dome is the largest venue in Osaka in terms of capacity. With so many attendees, you'll want to move around as smoothly as possible.
The recommended route is via "Dome-mae Station" on the Hanshin Namba Line". There are four stations near Kyocera Dome, and Dome-mae Station is the closest.
It's also served by Kintetsu Line trains, which means longer trains (10 cars!) also stop here—another major plus.
From Kyocera Dome to Dome-mae Station (Approx. 2 min walk)
Just go down the stairs at the Dome's east entrance and walk straight to reach Exit 2 of Dome-mae Station. Since it's the closest, it's the most convenient for both arrival and departure ♪
From Dome-mae Station, it's only two stops and about 5 minutes to Namba, making for a very smooth trip.

Shortcut Guide to "Yanmar Stadium Nagai"
Yanmar Stadium Nagai is the second-largest live venue in Osaka after Kyocera Dome. Most people use either the JR Hanwa Line Nagai Station or Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Nagai Station, but we recommend the Metro over JR.
From Shin-Osaka Station to Yanmar Stadium Nagai
If you're coming from Shin-Osaka, taking the subway is super easy since there’s no need to transfer and trains run frequently. It's also easier when you're heading back!
Make sure to take the train bound for “Nakamozu” ♪
