For lunch on the first day in Hokkaido, of course, it has to be miso ramen! From Sapporo Station, take the subway to Susukino Station and walk about 2 minutes to ‘Original Sapporo Ramen Alley’.

The narrow alley is lined with ramen shops, and even before lunchtime, some of the shops already had long lines.

Recommendation: “Teshikaga Ramen”

On the second day, take a train for about an hour from Sapporo to Otaru! Enjoy a relaxed exploration of Otaru’s retro streets and delicious gourmet food♪
